Honey and Olive Oil Hair Mask:

Mix half cup of honey with 4 tablespoons of Olive Oil. (I use Goya Extra Virgin Olive Oil..hey its a spanish thing!)
Divide your hair into 4 parts.
When applying, start at the ends and work up to the roots. Massage scalp vigorously.
Apply heating cap for about 20 minutes. Shampoo and condition as usual.

My FAVORITE smoothie hair mask:

Ripe Banana
Ripe avocado
1/4 cantaloupe
For extra conditioning add a vitamin E capsule

Mash all fruits together in a mixing bowl.
Massage into hair and leave in for about 20 minutes. Wash as normal.

For Smoother Skin:

2 tablespoons of honey
1/2 cup of milk
Rose petals..or any petals of your choice

Pour into your bath water...light a few candles..and close your eyes..Your skin will LOVE you for this one :)

Facial and Body Scrub:

1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of honey
Scrub mixture into skin to remove dead skin cells. Rinse after 3 minutes..Pat dry, your skin will appear softer to the touch.
